Established in 2017, Affinity Counseling Center, located in Northwest Tucson, AZ, is a group of psychotherapists that offer counseling for individuals, children, couples, and families navigating a wide array of mental health and relationship issues. We are a faith-informed group practice where each of our therapists strive to provide effective, compassionate treatment to help our clients solve difficulties, enhance strengths, and develop their fullest possible lives. We treat a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety/Stress, Bipolar Disorder, Impulse Control, Personality Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder & Trauma, Parent-Child Relationships, Romantic/Marital Relationships, Grief & Loss, Anger Management, Chronic Illness/Pain, Aging, and Life Transitions.
We understand how difficult it can be to find quality mental health care and strive to make our services easily accessible to our clients through our Client Portal and by offering an array of conveniences:
Sessions are typically 55 minutes in length and we accept all major credit cards, including FSA/HSA cards. Independently Licensed Therapists charge $140 per session. Associate Therapists charge $100 per session. Intern Therapists charge $50 per session. Our Independently Licensed therapists also accept many health insurance plans, which can greatly reduce the out-of-pocket cost for counseling services. Visit our Staff Bios page to view rates and which insurance plans are accepted by each therapist. A $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments and for appointments that are not cancelled with at least 24 hour notice.
Affinity Counseling Center does not have a receptionist and scheduling is done here through our website. If you would like assistance in selecting a counselor, you can complete our contact form at the bottom of this page and someone will get back to you. To schedule an appointment, click on the Request Appointment button below to select a counselor from the list. If the counselor you're wanting to work with is not listed, that means they are not accepting new clients at this time. For counselors that offer both video and in-office appointments, you may be able to request a sooner appointment by video as our counselors' video & in-office hours can vary. Our counselors' fees, specialties, and insurance information can all be found on the Staff Bios page.
We have appointments available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. Each of our therapists maintain their own hours and their schedules can be viewed through our online scheduler.

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
